"Noli me tangere, Caesar's I am" --> "Do not touch me, for Caesar's I am". Pulled from Thomas Wyatt's poem, "Whoso List to Hunt" where he speaks of a woman who is out of reach to him because someone greater has possession of her. It is believed that Wyatt was referring to Anne Boleyn.

Love this quote! You can almost feel Anne's arrogance through these sayings... what a poet, my God!

Almost wish Wyatt had written more poetry based on Anne.
